Simon Hodge commenced as Chief Financial Officer on 1 February 2017. He has more than 25 years’ experience in senior executive, corporate advisory and equity research roles. He was most recently engaged in a consulting capacity as Corporate and Commercial Advisor to BCI. Prior to joining BCI, Simon Hodge was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Quickflix limited, an ASX-listed company he co-founded. He has extensive finance, capital markets, corporate advisory and equity research experience having held senior positions in corporate advisory with Poynton and Partners and in equity research with JP Morgan (London) and a major Australian stockbroker. Simon Hodge has a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance) from University of Western Australia.

Justine Lea
Chief Financial Officer of Emeco
Justine was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2016 after being in the Acting Chief Financial Officer role since 1 July 2016. Prior to this, Justine was Emeco’s Group Financial Controller, responsible for Global Treasury, Audit, Internal Audit, Taxation and International Operational accounting. Justine joined Emeco in January 2007 in the role of Group Accountant and during her career at Emeco, has led and managed successful refinances including the US$335m 144A Notes issue, US$140m US Private Placement, and multiple Syndicated Debt Facility refinances. Before joining Emeco, Justine spent several years as an audit/taxation accountant within an Australian Accounting firm. Justine is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
