Mr. Goetz has been the Head of Finance & Controlling at Daimler Trucks & Buses, a business unit of Daimler AG, a multinational automotive corporation, since March 2015. Mr. Goetz has worked for Daimler for over 30 years, including in leading positions at Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Powertrain, and Daimler Trucks North America divisions and was the head of Planning and Reporting for Mercedes-Benz Cars and the Daimler Group. Since April 2016, Mr. Goetz served on the board of directors of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, a manufacturer of trucks and buses and a majority-owned subsidiary of Daimler.

Joseph Cantie

Joseph Cantie has been a director since June 2015. He is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ZF TRW, a division of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a global automobile supplier. He served in these roles for TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. since April 2004. Prior to that time, he held other executive positions at TRW Inc., which he joined in 1999. As a seasoned financial executive of an automotive supply company and global public company, Cantie provides the Board significant enterprise risk management, financial and industry expertise.
