Paul J. Reilly is executive vice president of Finance and Operations, and chief financial officer (CFO) of Arrow Electronics, Inc. He is responsible for the functions of the treasury, capital structuring and risk management, tax efficiency and compliance, worldwide planning and budgeting, controllership, external communications and investor relations. He also oversees the alignment of the global operations and value-added services organization within the company’s functions and processes worldwide and plays a key role in the development of the company’s strategic direction and mergers and acquisitions. Reilly joined Arrow in 1991 and held a variety of roles prior to assuming the role of CFO in 2001. Prior to joining Arrow, Reilly was a certified public accountant in the business assurance practice of the New York office of KPMG Peat Marwick. In addition to providing audit services to a wide range of public and private multinational organizations, he was actively involved in providing acquisition-related services and the implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Reilly has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University where he is also a guest lecturer.
