Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah joined WABCO in June 2014 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his appointment at WABCO, Mr. Mahendra-Rajah served from 2012 to 2014 as Corporate Vice President and Segment CFO for the Silicon Systems Group, a $6 billion division of Applied Materials, Inc. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Mahendra-Rajah served as Vice President Finance, Head of Global Planning & Reporting for Visa. Before then, he spent 12 years at United Technologies where he served as Vice President, Finance, Planning and Analysis, UTC Fire and Security and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Building Systems and Services, Carrier Corporation. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions located in Asia, Europe and North America. Mr. Mahendra-Rajah holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a M.S. in Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management, all located in the U.S.

Larry Venturelli
Chief Financial Officer of Whirlpool
Larry Venturelli was named executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective January, 2012. Venturelli joined Whirlpool as assistant corporate controller in 2002. He held a number of positions of increasing leadership accountability in the Investor Relations and Global Finance organizations, most recently serving as senior vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer and CFO for Whirlpool International. Prior to joining Whirlpool, Venturelli held various financial positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Campbell Soup Company and Quaker Oats. Venturelli earned a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from DePaul University. He is a certified public accountant.
