Joe has been with Compuware since 1996. He has held several positions in the Sales Operations and Finance areas. Before being named CFO of Compuware, he was a VP of Finance in charge of Strategic Planning & Analysis. Joe played an integral role in the sale of the company to Thoma Bravo. In his current role, Joe oversees Finance, Human Resources, Legal and IT. Joe is married and has three daughters. All three are very active in multiple sports. Joe also has plenty of experience as a hockey coach, including being the head coach at UM-Dearborn for 8 years.

He has an MBA in management from Saginaw Valley State and a BS in Accounting from Michigan State University.
