Prior to joining Nexamp in 2011, Rob spent several years as a consultant to start-up and early stage companies in software, Internet technology, financial services, and defense fields, at the executive and board levels. Previously, Rob served as CFO of Xanalys, Inc., a private equity-funded data-mining and investigative management software firm, and as CFO of Artificial Life, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company specializing at the time in web-based intelligent agent solutions. Rob brings a broad range of financial, strategic, and operational leadership experience to Nexamp, along with an extensive legal and corporate governance background. As a CFO, he has led an IPO and several private equity financings. Rob holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University.

Peter Tawczynski
Chief Financial Office of Nexamp
Peter Tawczynski leads Nexamp’s project finance team and is responsible for structured equity transactions, including tax equity, debt financing and portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining Nexamp, Peter was an Experienced Manager with Grant Thornton, LLP where he was responsible for managing engagement teams in providing external audit services, under SEC reporting requirements, to NASDAQ- and NYSE-listed companies with both domestic and international operations. Peter also performed a secondment in Australia, where he provided external audit services under IFRS. Peter earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Andrew Spence

Ken has over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, with more than 10 years in the alternative investment space. His experience covers all aspects of fund operations and he has provided outsourced CFO, management company and fund administration services to both start-up and established hedge fund, private equity and venture capital funds over the years. Ken attended Brandeis University where he played varsity baseball and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
