Joseph L. Cowden serves as NADA’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cowden oversees key business units, including the Used Car Guide Company, NADA Retirement Administrators Inc. (NADART) and Convention & Expo, as well as internal support functions that include Accounting & Finance, Real Estate, Information Technology and Human Resources. Prior to Wismarq, Tom was VP of Finance for Dairyland Seed Co. and the CFO/Corporate Controller for Kelley Company. Serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific Sands, Inc.
