Titus Schurink
Chief Financial Officer of HPE Growth
Titus is the Chief Financial Officer of HPE since 2008. His focus is on HPE’s back-office activities, portfolio- and fund controlling, compliance and (financial) reporting. He also is in regular contact with the CFO’s of portfolio companies to track progress, ensure reporting and share best practices. Before joining HPE, Titus held various positions within Ernst & Young in Amsterdam. During his years with Ernst & Young, he worked extensively with financial institutions and private equity firms, such as Egeria, a Dutch private equity firm. Titus is the chairman of the European Steering Committee for the global board of the Association for Corporate Growth in Chicago and is board member of the Association for Corporate Growth Holland in Amsterdam. Titus has a 14 year old daughter and enjoys golf, tennis, skiing and playing the piano.

Jorn Gerrits
CFO of Finch Capital
Jorn Gerrits started his career in finance at Orangefield back in 2015 as an assistant group controller. He was involved in the administration of the holding company, in the month-end closing process and in preparing the annual report. After the merger between Orangefield and Vistra, Jorn moved on to the fund services department to work as a fund accountant. As a fund accountant he was responsible for various Dutch private equity and venture capital funds. The work he provided included, among other things, the administration of the fund, preparing quarterly and annual reports, sending out capital call notices and handling various questions from investors. It was during this time that Jorn became involved with Finch Capital. Jorn has a Bachelor degree in Finance and Control and is currently completing his Masters degree in Accountancy and Control at the University of Amsterdam.

Koos Teule
CFO of Gilde Buy Out Partners
Koos Teule joined Gilde Buy Out Partners in 2007 and is based in Utrecht. Previously he worked for Rabobank International in various accounting, finance, risk management and strategic advisory functions and most recently as advisor to the Managing Board. Prior to that, Koos worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, ING Barings and Rabobank Nederland. Koos has coordinated fundraising for the recently raised Gilde Buy-Out Fund IV.

Vincent van Houten joined Forbion Capital Partners in 2007 and since then played an active role in setting up and maintaining the Forbion investment funds. Vincent holds a Masters degree from the University of Amsterdam and has a Finance and Accounting background. His focus includes the financial and fiscal activities of Forbion. Vincent is responsible for financial, reporting and fiscal topics of the various Forbion funds, as well as for the Forbion group related topics.
