Previously, Mr. Cummings served as an independent financial advisor for a number of portfolio investment companies of Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN), a publicly traded SBA development company, providing contract CFO services for companies in a variety of industries, including aggregate mining and sound mitigation for oilfield services, for the past 4 years. Mr. Cummings has served as CFO for a number of high net worth family offices and affiliated startup businesses over the past 20 years and was a founder of Integrated Electrical Services, a publicly traded consolidation of electrical contractors, and served as Vice President – M&A from its IPO in 1998 through May, 2000. Mr. Cummings had a 10 year career at Arthur Andersen from 1982 to 1992 where he was a senior tax manager specializing in privately held businesses and high net worth individual and family taxation.

Prior to joining Helix, Mr. Hajdik served in a variety of accounting and finance-related roles of increasing responsibility with Houston-based companies, including NL Industries, Inc., Compaq Computer Corporation (now Hewlett Packard), Halliburton’s Baroid Drilling Fluids and Zonal Isolation product service lines, Cliffs Drilling Company and Shell Oil Company.
