Daniel K. Schlanger joined Crown Castle in April 2016 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schlanger previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran GP LLC, the general partner of Exterran Partners, L.P., from June 2006 through March 2009 and as a director of Exterran GP LLC’s board of directors from October 2006 through November 2015. More recently, Mr. Schlanger served as Senior Vice President of Global Products at Exterran Corporation, an oil and gas products and services company, where he was responsible for global product strategy development and implementation. From 2009 to 2015, Mr. Schlanger also served as Senior Vice President in various capacities, including marketing and operations, with Exterran Holdings, Inc. and Exterran GP LLC. Prior to working with Exterran Partners, L.P. and Exterran Corporation, Mr. Schlanger was employed as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in the energy sector. Mr. Schlanger holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark A Wallace

Mark A. Wallace is an executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Uniti (formerly CS&L). Wallace is a veteran of the real estate investment trust (“REIT”) industry and responsible for the company’s corporate reporting, finance, capital markets, capital planning, information technology, human resources, tax, Internal audit, risk management, investor relations, and treasury teams. Wallace has 30 years of experience, previously serving as a managing director at Fortress Investment Group Inc., a global private equity, real estate and asset management firm. At Fortress, he also served as CFO and treasurer of New Senior Investment Group Inc., a NYSE listed senior housing REIT that completed a spin-off in late 2014. He was previously the senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Westwood Holdings Group Inc., a global asset management firm, and the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of HCP, Inc., an S&P 500 healthcare REIT. Wallace has a bachelor’s in business administration from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Colorado State University. He is a certified public accountant in Texas.

Jim brings over 25 years of experience in finance executive roles including have led merger and acquisition activities on the buy and sell side, raising over half a billion dollars in the process. As CFO of One Source Networks, Jim oversaw the profitable growth and ultimate sale of the business to GTT at the end of 2015.
