Bruno Vaffier had been CFO of Worldline, the listed subsidiary of Atos specialising in Payment Services, since February 2014. He was responsible for finance, purchasing, and IT. In this role he participated actively in the carve out and IPO of Worldline in June 2014. Prior to this Bruno had occupied various positions within the Atos Group, which he joined in 2000 as Chief of Staff of the CEO. From 2003 to 2006 he was head of Group Internal Audit, before taking operational management responsibilities at Atos in Spain from 2006 to 2009, where he was in charge of the operations for clients in the manufacturing vertical as well as for the activities of Worldline in Iberia. In 2009 Bruno joined the department overseeing Innovation, Strategy and M&A for the Atos Group, a department which he headed from 2011 until 2014, when he was appointed Worldline CFO.
