Angela Olden is the new chief financial officer of Girl Scouts of the USA. Angela formerly served as chief financial officer of Federation Employment and Guidance Service, Inc. (FEGS), one of the largest and most diversified not-for-profit health and human services organizations in the United States, serving more than 100,000 people a year in New York City and Long Island. At FEGS, she managed a budget of $280 million with funding from more than 100 discrete funding sources and had financial oversight of 14 for-profit and nonprofit subsidiary corporations. As a key member of the executive management team, Angela developed a robust strategic plan to address the changing landscape in health care, and formed five health care companies during her tenure to position the organization for growth and the ability to capitalize on developing opportunities. Previously, Angela served as vice president and chief financial officer for the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia for 11 years. She also worked as a financial executive in both the United States and Europe for FMC Corporation, a $4-billion publicly traded industrial chemical and equipment manufacturer, where, among other positions, she was responsible for the financial operations of a $200-million division serving the pharmaceutical industry. She began her career as a staff auditor with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. Angela received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and her M.B.A. in economics and marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Ilya Oshman

Mr. Oshman joined Genesis Prize Foundation from Weight Watchers where he served as the CFO for North American operations. He has substantial management experience both in large companies and in startups and has held senior positions in finance at Pfizer Inc, Natura International and Follica Inc. As the Managing Director with Roberts Mitani LLC, a boutique investment bank in New York, he provided investment banking, strategic advisory and management support to companies in healthcare, consumer/retail and industrial/clean technology sectors. He also has substantial venture and private equity experience, having founded and managed Pfizer Ventures and served as a senior transactor at The US-Russia Investment Fund (TUSRIF). Mr. Oshman received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

In his role, he oversees the controller department, treasury department, Supply Group, and enterprise risk management.As national director of the Supply Group since 2003, Ashline has been responsible for overseeing the operations of supplying the exclusive Boy Scouts of America products used in delivering the Scouting program to youth of America and its overall financial performance.
