Mr. Walker is a Partner of Riverstone and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He is based in New York. Prior to joining Riverstone, Mr. Walker was a Principal at The Carlyle Group serving as the Carlyle/Riverstone Fund Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Carlyle, he held similar positions at Hampshire Equity Partners, a middle market buyout fund managing approximately $900 million of capital commitments; and Ripplewood Holdings, a private equity firm managing approximately $4 billion of capital commitments in the U.S. and Japan. Prior to joining Ripplewood, Mr. Walker was the Director of Financial Reporting and Planning at Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE: ABG), a Ripplewood portfolio company. He started his career in Arthur Andersen’s Metro New York office. Mr. Walker earned a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Han Kieftenbeld joined Amyris as Chief Financial Officer in March 2020. He brings over 25 years of international business leadership, finance and operations experience in food, health and nutrition end-markets. Most recently, from April 2016 to April 2019, Mr. Kieftenbeld served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Innophos Holdings, Inc., a leading international science-based producer of essential ingredients for health and nutrition, food and beverage and industrial brands. From June 2014 to July 2015, Mr. Kieftenbeld served as the Global Chief Financial Officer at AB Mauri, a worldwide leader in bakery ingredients. Prior to that, Mr. Kieftenbeld held finance and operations roles of increasing reach and impact, including serving as Global Chief Procurement Officer of Ingredion Incorporated, and Global Chief Financial Officer of National Starch. Mr. Kieftenbeld started his career at Unilever in the Netherlands. In 2006, Mr. Kieftenbeld earned a joint master’s degree from New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and Political Science, and the HEC School of Management, Paris. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics and Accounting from Windesheim University in the Netherlands.

Jonathan Stein

Jonathan Stein was appointed chief financial officer of their general partner in July 2014. He has served as chief financial officer of Hess Infrastructure Partners since its formation. Jonathan Stein has been vice president, financial strategy since 2016 and continues in the role of chief risk officer of Hess, which he has held since June 2004. He is responsible for Hess’ corporate financial forecasting process, midstream segment financial reporting, and derivative disclosure and accounting policy. He is also a member of Hess’ disclosure review committee. Jonathan Stein previously served as corporate risk manager at Hess.
