Mr. Oshman joined Genesis Prize Foundation from Weight Watchers where he served as the CFO for North American operations. He has substantial management experience both in large companies and in startups and has held senior positions in finance at Pfizer Inc, Natura International and Follica Inc. As the Managing Director with Roberts Mitani LLC, a boutique investment bank in New York, he provided investment banking, strategic advisory and management support to companies in healthcare, consumer/retail and industrial/clean technology sectors. He also has substantial venture and private equity experience, having founded and managed Pfizer Ventures and served as a senior transactor at The US-Russia Investment Fund (TUSRIF). Mr. Oshman received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill Smith
CFO and COO of Booker
As COO / CFO, Bill is primarily responsible for the financial and operational management of Booker. Bill is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of broad financial experience including global finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and investor relations. Bill brings a wealth of experience, having held senior financial positions at Novell, KAYAK, and most recently, Antenna Software. He joins Booker from Antenna Software, which helps enterprises build, manage, and publish mobile applications. As Chief Financial Officer, Bill was responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. Prior to that, Bill was CFO of KAYAK Software Corporation (Kayak.com), the well-known travel services provider. For the 13 years prior to this role, Bill was with Novell, Inc., a leading enterprise software provider, where he was VP of Global Finance and oversaw business, operations and international finance, and served as a member of Novell’s Executive Committee. In prior positions with Novell, he was responsible for corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Prior to Novell, Bill was an investment banker, beginning his career with Merrill Lynch & Co. and going on to hold positions at Morgan Stanley, The Bridgeford Group and Cowen & Co. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
