Most recently, Mike spent four years with Sunera where he worked on a variety of projects, including Internal Audit Compliance, Cash to GAAP accounting conversions, audit support for clients, purchase accounting projects for newly acquired companies, valuation work with regards to intangible assets, bankruptcy support and served as main contact/preparation for financial reporting.

Progressing to audit manager, he serviced multinational SEC and non-public clients in the high technology, manufacturing, retail/wholesale distribution, and hospitality industries. Hamilton is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
