Johnston has been Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo, Inc., a global food and beverage company, since July 2015 and March 2010, respectively. Johnston served as Executive Vice President at PepsiCo from March 2010 to July 2015. He joined PepsiCo in 1987 and has held a number of increasing leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, Global Operations from 2009 to 2010 and President, Pepsi-Cola North America Beverages from 2007 to 2009. Johnston left PepsiCo from August 1999 through March 2002 to pursue a general management role as Vice President, Retail at Merck Medco, leading the company’s retail pharmacy card business. Johnston served on the board of directors of AOL Inc., a global media technology company, from October 2012 to June 2015.Johnston holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Sandy Rowland

Sandy Rowland is executive vice president and chief financial officer of HARMAN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Sandy is responsible for all aspects of the Finance function and serves as the principal contact to outside auditors, KPMG LLP. Sandy reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Dinesh Paliwal and is a member of the executive committee. With more than 20 years of experience in financial management, Sandy joined HARMAN in October 2012 to lead investor relations. In 2013, she added corporate development to her responsibilities, which included strategy and mergers and acquisitions. On January 1, 2015, she became CFO. Prior to joining HARMAN, Sandy was a vice president in the Corporate Finance group at Eastman Kodak Co. (NYSE:KODK). Also at Kodak, Sandy held assignments of increasing responsibility including controller of the consumer segment, director of corporate financial planning and analysis, assistant treasurer, director of investor relations and chief financial officer of the commercial segment. Sandy was also a manager in the Audit and Business Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she worked primarily with technology companies. Sandy received a Bachelor of Arts in economics and business from Lafayette College. She also holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon School of Business.

Kevin Bradley was named Senior Vice President in January 2013. Prior Mr. Bradley was President, Terex Cranes, a position to which he was appointed in January 2011. Robert K. Julian has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 29, 2012. Prior to joining Lydall Mr. Julian was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Legrand North America (LNA), a $1 billion subsidiary of Legrand, S.A. headquartered in Limoges, France. Legrand manufactures products and systems for electrical installations and information networks for commercial, residential and industrial buildings. During his 8 year tenure with Legrand, Mr. Julian directed and oversaw all financial aspects of LNA and its subsidiaries, including business strategy and analysis and financial due diligence in support of several acquisitions and operational integrations. Prior to his tenure at Legrand, Mr. Julian was the Vice President and Controller – Worldwide Strategic Sourcing of Fisher Scientific International, Inc. (now Thermo Fisher Scientific), a leading manufacturer and distributor of over 600,000 products and services to the scientific community. Previously Mr. Julian held key financial leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Inc., Honeywell International, Inc., and Rockwell International, Inc.
