Chris Stansbury is senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of Arrow Electronics, Inc. He is responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization, and serves as a member of the company’s executive committee. Stansbury joined Arrow in 2014 as vice president and chief accounting officer. Stansbury has extensive finance leadership experience at multinational corporations across several industries. CFO of CenturyLink
Neel Dev is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CenturyLink and has global responsibility for CenturyLink’s financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, procurement and supply chain management and real estate portfolio. Neel previously served as CenturyLink’s group vice president of finance and was with Level 3 for 13 years prior to the CenturyLink acquisition. In 2016, Neel was named Level 3’s integration team lead for the Level 3 and CenturyLink transaction, accountable for working to maximize the value of the transaction and capturing integration synergies. Neel has more than 20 years of telecommunications industry experience in both operational and financial roles. Prior to joining Level 3, he held leadership positions with MCI (now Verizon Business) and MFS Communications with both financial and operating responsibilities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Mathematics from the University of Delhi (India) and an MBA from the University of Arizona. He also is a CFA charter holder.

Paul Orban
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Dish Network
Paul W. Orban, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, is responsible for all aspects of DISH’s accounting department including external financial reporting, technical accounting policy, income tax accounting and internal controls. He has had key roles in significant debt offerings, acquisitions and divestitures over the years including the “spinoff” of Echostar Corporation (“Echostar”) in 2008, which created two independent, publicly traded companies: DISH Network Corporation, which provides consumers with the highest quality programming and technology in pay-TV, and Echostar, a premier global provider of satellite operations and video delivery solutions. Following the “spinoff,” Paul was the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for both DISH Network Corporation and Echostar Corporation until 2012. Today, he remains Corporate Controller for DISH. Paul joined DISH in 1996 as a Senior Manager of Accounting and was responsible for all aspects of SEC external financial reporting. Prior to his current position, he held various leadership positions with increasing responsibility including Director of Accounting, Vice President of Accounting and Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Before joining DISH, Paul was an auditor at Arthur Anderson LLP, where he was responsible for the audits of numerous companies including many SEC registrants in the Denver area. As a CPA, Paul is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado. In his spare time, Paul enjoys boating, skiing, coaching and attending sporting events with his significant other Barbara and their young triplets.

Jesse Selnick

In his role as CFO, Jesse Selnick oversees Electric Lightwave’s finance, strategy and corporate development, as well as responsibility for several components of Electric Lightwave’s sales and operating organization. Selnick joined Electric Lightwave in 2012, bringing more than 15 years of financial management, operations, strategy and transaction experience, with an emphasis in telecommunications and technology markets. For nearly 10 years prior to joining Electric Lightwave, Selnick worked in Blackstone’s M&A and strategic advisory group with an emphasis on the technology and telecommunications sectors. Karen Morrow
President and CFO of Hadron Technologies
Karen is President and also serves as Chief Financial Officer for Hadron Technologies, Inc. (formerly Microwave Synergy, Inc.). Hadron Technologies, Inc. (HTI) is a privately held, woman-owned small business. Karen co-founded Microwave Synergy, Inc. (MSI) in 2003. HTI (formerly MSI) licensed the microwave melting technology developed at the Y-12 National Security Complex to further mature the technology for eventual introduction to the foundry and casting industry. Karen has more than 20 years of previous experience in general business management, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, for a multi-million dollar medical practice. In 2009, MSI merged (absorbed) Custom Technical Ceramics, Inc. (CTC). Karen served as President of MSI from 2003 until 2010 when the corporation was renamed Hadron Technologies, Inc. (HTI) to rebrand and better reflect the diverse products being marketed as a result of the combined microwave and ceramic technologies brought about through the merger of MSI and CTC.
