Shane Wright
COO and CFO of GE Aviation
Shane Wright is the vice president and chief financial officer for GE Aviation. In this role, Shane oversees all aspects of financial strategy for GE Aviation’s $22 billion aerospace business with more than 80 facilities in 21 countries around the globe. Shane joined GE in 1988 on the Financial Management Program. He then spent six years with the Corporate Audit Staff and held global finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility for several GE businesses, including finance manager, Asia Pacific for Transportation; finance manager, Asia, Europe and Africa for Energy; financial planning and analysis manager for Oil & Gas; chief financial officer, Property & Casualty for Insurance Solutions and chief financial officer for GE Transportation. Shane also has experience in mergers and acquisition, serving as the Corporate Staff Executive for M&A in Hong Kong in 1998, and in risk management, serving as the global risk and underwriting manager for GE Insurance Solutions in 2002. Prior to joining GE Aviation, Shane served as chief financial officer for GE Healthcare International, where he was responsible for the Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Greater Asia regions for GE’s Healthcare business. Shane is the staff sponsor for GE Aviation’s Veteran’s Network, leading efforts to recruit, retain and promote high quality military veteran employees to the business. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Whitman College, Walla Walla, Washington in 1986. In the community, Shane serves on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Port Authority and on the Board of Directors for 3CDC, Cincinnati’s Development Corporation.

Mike Hansen joined Cintas in October, 1995, as Treasury Manager, after previous positions with Ernst & Young and Rockwell International. Mike has served Cintas in many roles including: First Aid Controller, Global Accounts Controller in Chicago, General Manager of the Cincinnati Fire Location and since March, Corporate Controller and Vice President and Treasurer. Mike was promoted to Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer on February 1, 2015, responsible for the company’s accounting and finance functions.

Bruce Chalmers
Chief Financial Officer of Milacron
Bruce Chalmers was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2014, and prior to that, he was our Vice President, Finance since January 2014. Mr. Chalmers also heads our finance and shared service function. Mr. Chalmers has over 20 years of experience in finance. Most recently, Mr. Chalmers served as Chief Financial Officer of MetoKote Corporation, Inc. from 2012 until 2014. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their transaction services practice from 2006 until 2012. Mr. Chalmers was a Managing Director at Stout Causey Capital from 2005 until 2006. He held various positions in finance at Millennium Capital from 1997 until 2005. Mr. Chalmers started his career in finance at Ernst & Young. Mr. Chalmers received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Drexel University.

Edward Puisis
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Intelligrated
Edward Puisis joined Intelligrated as chief financial officer and executive vice president in January 2010, and is responsible for overseeing Intelligrated’s finance, human resources, information technology, and procurement departments. In 1986, Ed joined GE and their financial management program. Upon completion of the program, and throughout his career with GE, Ed had the opportunity to work in manufacturing, marketing, sales, aftermarket and finance. Ed has 24 years of experience at both corporate and small entrepreneurial businesses. He has held executive roles in industrial systems, logistics, steel and construction-related industries, and served as CFO in both public and private businesses. Prior to Intelligrated, Ed managed financial operations, human resources and information systems for Dayton Superior Corporation. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science from Lewis University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Jason Cooper
CFO & Vice President of Richards Industries
Jason Cooper has been a part of the Richards Industries team since 1996. After working as the Accounting Department Manager for several years, Jason became Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Accounting and MIS in 2000. He earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He went on to earn a MBA from Xavier University. In 2007, Jason was part of the 4-person management team that purchased Richards Industries from Gilbert Richards.
