James Zrust
Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer of The Boeing Company
Jim Zrust is vice president, Finance and chief financial officer for Defense, Space & Security (BDS), a $31 billion business unit specializing in innovative and capabilities-driven customer solutions, and the world’s largest and most versatile manufacturer of military aircraft. He leads a global organization responsible for all BDS financial activities. With more than 30 years in the field, Zrust has considerable expertise working all aspects of federal and state tax issues in the United States as well as those related to major international transactions. Under his leadership, Boeing was granted certiorari by the U.S. Supreme Court on a major issue involving the calculation of export benefits. He also led Boeing’s efforts to find a suitable legislative replacement for the extraterritorial income regime that was found to be out of compliance with WTO rules. Zrust has testified on various tax matters before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee. He has also participated on numerous panels focused on a number of federal and international tax topics. Zrust joined Boeing in 2000 to lead the company’s worldwide tax group. He previously worked at Honeywell, Inc. in Minneapolis for 15 years in a series of progressively responsible positions, the last of which was vice president – Tax. Prior to joining Honeywell, Zrust spent time at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Zrust holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from St. John’s University, Collegeville, Minn., and a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minn. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Terri Pizzuto

Terri A. Pizzuto has been our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 2007. From July 2002 to March 2007, Terri was Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Hub Group, Terri was a Partner in the Assurance and Business Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen LLP. Terri worked for Arthur Andersen LLP for 22 years holding various positions and serving numerous transportation companies. Terri received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1981. Terri is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Adam Goldstein
Chief Financial Officer of Center for Neighborhood Technology
Adam joined CNT in 2007 with 15 years of finance and accounting experience as the first Chief Financial Officer for CNT and its affiliates. He is responsible for the preparation and presentation of financial statements and budget analysis to the board of directors of the affiliated entities. Adam provides accounting, finance, and budget support to CNT’s portfolio managers and managed the annual audit process. Prior to CNT, Adam most recently served in leadership roles in the areas of accounting and finance at Follett Corporation and Amsted Industries. During that time he also spent two years as a teaching assistant at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Adam earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and has a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Purdue University. James is Chief Financial Officer of Transportation Solutions Enterprises, 3PLogic’s parent company. He is responsible for corporate finance and accounting, treasury functions, strategic planning, investor relations, internal control and shared services for TSE and its subsidiaries. He also has management oversight of TSE’s information technology group.James has over 12 years of corporate finance experience with diversified companies in manufacturing, financial and business services. He was named to his current position in 2010 after serving as TSGs Controller since 2007.
