Prior to Fivestars, Ralph was CFO at Jyve Corporation, a tech-enabled labor marketplace that powers a scalable workforce for large CPG brands. Earlier in his career, Ralph was a senior technology and fintech investment banker at Morgan Stanley where he advised CEOs/CFOs of Global 500 companies on strategic initiatives including IPOs, M&A and capital raises, including working with Alibaba Group, BlackRock, IntercontinentalExchange and Visa. Over the course of Ralph’s career, he has successfully helped companies scale, transform and exit; completing 80+ strategic transactions for $90+ billion of M&A value and raised $60+ billion of equity/debt capital. Outside of work, Ralph is a weekend warrior tennis player as he continues to hang on to his childhood dream of playing professionally, loves to travel with his wife Ginny and two young boys Nathan and Jamie, and enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams. Ralph received his BComm from University of British Columbia and MBA from Cornell University.

Steve Pantelick

Steve is an accomplished industry executive with more than 20 years of experience in driving growth and profitability, strategy and operational excellence across a broad range of industries in the US and Europe. He joined PubMatic in 2011 after working with leading companies including Ofoto (Kodak Gallery), a pioneer in the online photo sharing space with 60 million monthly users, Blockbuster, Inc., a multi-billion dollar global business, and Cadbury Schweppes Plc, one of the world’s largest confectionery and beverage brands. Before joining PubMatic, Steve was CFO of the innovative data management platform company Aggregate Knowledge. Prior to that, as CFO of Ofoto/Kodak Gallery, Steve helped build one of the world’s leading online digital imaging and services companies, where in addition to finance, he oversaw the company’s printing and customer service operations. Earlier in his career, he worked for Blockbuster in roles ranging from COO of Blockbuster Inc.’s New Media Division to senior vice president of Blockbuster’s U.S. Financial Operations overseeing 4,000 retail locations, to vice president of worldwide planning and helped take the company public in 1999. Prior to Blockbuster, Steve spent seven years with Cadbury Schweppes, in a variety of roles in the US and Europe, including vice president of finance for Dr. Pepper/7Up and planning director for Schweppes Europe. Steve holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
