Cameron M. Bready is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), one of the largest worldwide providers of payment solutions. In this role, he is responsible for all of the company’s global financial operations including finance, treasury, accounting and tax, as well as corporate development, investor relations and internal audit. Prior to joining Global Payments in 2014, Mr. Bready served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for ITC Holdings Corp., the nation’s largest independent electric transmission company, where he was responsible for the company’s accounting, finance, treasury and other related financial functions, as well as its corporate development initiatives. Mr. Bready joined ITC Holdings in April 2009 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer after serving as Vice President of Finance at Northeast Utilities in Hartford, Conn., where he was responsible for all financial policy matters and financial planning and analysis, including the financial assessment and structuring of the company’s transmission and distribution infrastructure investments in the Northeast. Mr. Bready was recognized by Institutional Investor as one of “America’s Best CFOs” in the electric utilities sector and by Crain’s Detroit Business as “CFO of the Year” in the $100 million to $1 billion revenue category. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta and is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Oglethorpe University.

Tim Murphy serves as REPAY’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Tim Murphy is responsible for all financial operations of the company including finance, planning, accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and corporate development. Tim Murphy is also responsible for REPAY’s compliance and risk management functions. Most recently, Tim Murphy served as Director of Corporate Development for Amaya Gaming Group, a global diversified gaming company with a strategy focused on growth through acquisitions. This position was following Amaya’s purchase of Cadillac Jack, a company engaged in the design and development of slot machines. At Cadillac Jack Tim Murphy served as Director of Finance from 2009–2012 through a period of rapid growth which led to the eventual sale of the company. Tim Murphy represented Cadillac Jack during diligence and negotiations. Prior to Amaya and Cadillac Jack, Tim Murphy was an investment banker at Credit Suisse in NYC, where he focused on financial institutions, including financial technology companies such as REPAY. His professional career began at the management consulting firm BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting). Tim Murphy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University, and his MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Having worked with Kevin Phillips for nearly 15 years, Rob Frohwein knew whom to call when he wanted to provide additional structure to the newly formed Kabbage. After spending a few weeks consulting for the business, Kevin fell in love with its people, passion and product and joined the team full-time as Chief Information Officer. He served as the lead architect for the Kabbage Platform before transitioning to Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw Kabbage’s finance and accounting teams. Now Head of Corporate Development, Kevin is responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives. Before his time with Kabbage, Kevin spent nearly 20 years building shareholder value in the U.S. and Europe through technology and finance roles. He has held leadership positions in a number of high-growth companies, including serving as Chief Information Officer of S1 Corporation and as Chief Financial Officer of FX Bridge Technologies. Kevin is a self-proclaimed foodie, photographer and pilot. He’s licensed to fly high-performance aircraft and makes a point to snap pictures using his Nikon D7000 whenever he travels. James Ransom
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Financial Management Solutions
James W. Ransom As SVP Finance and Administration, James Ransom directs the day-to-day operations of FMSI’s finance and administration in addition to serving as FMSI’s Corporate Treasurer. He brings more than 20 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Ransom most recently worked with ALLTEL Information Services as Director of Business Partner Relationships. He also draws on experience gained from his tenure with ULTRADATA Corporation as Director of Marketing Strategies. An industry veteran, Mr. Ransom began his career as a banker in New York.
