Renowned SaaS CTO Debra Danielson joins Action Title Research Board of Directors; Kirill Gordeitchik is named Chief Financial Officer
Action Title Research, a leading technology-based search solution for the title insurance market, announced that SaaS industry veteran Debra Danielson joined its Board-of-Directors and Kirill Gordeitchik was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Through these additions, Action Title Research widens its stance as a technology-forward company, building upon its software technology platform informed by unrivaled expertise in title production.
Most recently, Debra Danielson was the CTO and SVP, of Engineering at Digital Guardian, where she provided the technical vision and strategic direction for product engineering while overseeing the engineering function for the DG Data Protection Platform. Before DG, Ms. Danielson served 30 years with CA Technologies, of which 12 years were as a Distinguished Engineer and member of the CA senior leadership team. In addition to serving on Action’s Board of Directors, she served on the board of Rock Solid Technologies, formerly a Strattam Capital SaaS portfolio company recently acquired by Granicus.

Action also announced that Kirill Gordenitchik was promoted from SVP of Corporate Development to Chief Financial Officer. Kirill played a crucial role in the acquisition of Legal Title Services. Before Action, Mr. Gordenitchik served as Director of Corporate Development with Amtrust Financial Services.
