Marc is a director at Calico Real Estate and Community Veterinary Partners. He is also managing director at Calico Group. Before co-founding MDM, he most recently was a director of private equity at CMS Companies. At CMS, which he joined in 2002, Marc was a manager of the CMS Small-Cap Private Equity Fund, which made buyout investments in small companies. Paul Graves

Paul Graves was named executive vice president and chief financial officer on October 1, 2012. He brings more than 19 years of international banking and accounting experience, with a specialized focus on chemicals and agriculture.
