As CFO of MicroEdge, Will was the first CFO of newly independent MicroEdge after it was purchased by a Private Equity company from a public parent company. In this role he helped run a wide variety of initiatives to establish the standalone business, revive growth, and increase profitability. Before taking this role, Will was the SVP Finance at IntraLinks where he helped the company grow at 50% per year over a 4-year stretch, achieving almost $150 million in revenue and executing a LBO of the company before, a few years later, it successfully had its initial public offering. Will earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA degree from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
