Patrick Jermain is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Patrick joined Plexus in 2010 as Corporate Controller and progressed quickly to our Treasurer and Vice President of Finance. He was promoted to his current role in May 2014 and is responsible for finance, tax and treasury functions and maintaining internal controls, external reporting, and investor relations. Prior to joining Plexus, Patrick was the Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer at Appleton Papers Inc., currently known as Appvion, Inc. Mr. Jermain also held the positions of Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Secretary while at Appleton Papers. Prior to Appleton Papers, Mr. Jermain served as Vice President – Finance and Corporate Controller at Banta Corporation, acquired by R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, and was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Patrick earned an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wake Forest University, and is a certified public accountant.

Dean Nolden

Mr. Nolden currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of REV, a position he has held since January 2016. Prior to joining REV, Mr. Nolden worked at The Manitowoc Company, Inc. since 1998, where he held numerous positions within the finance department, including Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Prior to his tenure at Manitowoc, Mr. Nolden spent eight years in public accounting in the audit practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Nolden is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting. John Olin is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, responsible for Financial Planning and Reporting, Information Systems, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit and Investor Relations. Olin joined Harley-Davidson in 2003 as Vice President and Controller. Prior to that, he served as controller of Kraft Foods’ Cheese Division, and had 12 years of financial leadership at Kraft, Oscar Mayer Foods and Miller Brewing Company. Thomas Paulsen

Tom Paulsen monitors financial activities, banking relationships, detailed forecasting and cost containment. He has over 25 years of corporate, financial and leadership experience in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Odyne, Tom was CFO of Wismarq Industries and was responsible for all accounting, finance, information technology and human resource functions for the $54 million manufacturer of steel and aluminum coil products. During his time there, Tom secured a 30% increase in the Company’s bank credit facility, created significant working capital liquidity, and implemented a Balance Scorecard strategic plan and other metrics for measuring monthly operational management. Tom created $1.3MM in operational cost savings by directing a cross-functional team in identifying opportunities and completing action plans. He also played an instrumental role in negotiating a majority investment by a private equity firm, completed numerous acquisitions and participated in lease negotiations. Prior to Wismarq, Tom was VP of Finance for Dairyland Seed Co. and the CFO/Corporate Controller for Kelley Company. Serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific Sands, Inc.
