Alex Franta takes over CFO duties for both Piano Media and Press+ after having gained extensive experience working for the past 15 years in corporate finance management and M&A. In addition to advising companies in M&A situations, Mr. Franta has taken on a number of CFO assignments helping companies with post-merger integration and with the development of internal corporate finance and administrative functions. He was a managing director of the Soravia Group’s outdoor advertising business in CEE and a director in the group’s equity investment business. Prior to his time at Soravia, he was at Deutsche Bank’s Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory Group in New York. Mr. Franta has a business degree from the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
