In 2002, Ms. Loundermon entered Sysorex Government Services Inc. (now Inpixon) as Controller, then Director of Finance and HR, and in 2008 attained Vice President of Finance. Additionally, she acted as interim CFO in 2015. As Vice President of Finance, she prepares and files all financial statements, reports, and tax returns, as well as negotiates vendor credit terms and banking relationships. Ken Coffee is an established advertising and marketing technology executive with over 20 years of experience with high growth start-ups and public companies. As Chief Financial Officer of Ericsson Emodo, Ken is responsible for Emodo’s Finance and Administration functions. Prior to joining Emodo, Ken served as the Vice President of Finance at Amobee (Singtel), a global advertising technology company leveraging data to help marketers activate programmatic campaigns. Amobee integrated three acquisitions and nearly tripled revenue during his tenure. Brinkman began his career as a CPA with Ernst and Young, a global firm that specializes in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, and continued his tenure at the firm as a management consultant in the financial services industry. Brinkman holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Miami University.
