Ed Schaffer is the CFO of Canto. He is an accomplished finance and executive management veteran with 25 years of experience in financial and general management, entrepreneurship, and consulting. Mr. Schaffer is responsible for all finance-related activities at Rimini Street, including planning, strategy, management, accounting, and administration. He brings a proven track record in financial operations, strategic planning, fundraising, business growth, and building high-performance teams. Rishiprabh Jha

Rishiprabh (Rishi) Jha joined Integreon in 2015. He has more than 12 years of experience in the information technology and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, having worked with global firms such as Genpact, Sapient Corporation, PwC and Vertex Customer Services India Pvt Ltd. Prior to joining Integreon, Rishi was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a leading global analytics and research firm. As CFO of this private equity-funded organization, he was responsible for investor and banking relations, as well building their internal processes. As the CFO for Vertex, he handled their India business and global finance shared services, and was integral to the setup and acquisition of the company’s BPO business in India. Rishi holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an alumni of the Shri Ram College of Commerce, having obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi.

Jim Conroy

Jim Conroy joined the Neat Company in November 2010. He currently serves as the VP, Finance of the company, overseeing all financial and back office functions, including accounting, finance, supply chain, human resources, and administration. Prior to this, Jim had positions running the finance team as well as sales and marketing operations where he worked closely with the accounting teams to produce all internal and external reporting as well with the sales and marketing team to produce sales analytics and performance. Prior to joining Neat, Jim was the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for LEAF Financial Corp., an equipment financing company. Malik Ahmad

Malik joined our team in 2012 with outstanding qualifications in finance and accounting, and in particular the document management and automation industry. Prior to joining CT, Malik was with SOURCECORP since 1999, where he had a number of senior roles including head of finance for their BPO division, and most recently as the Corporate Director of Finance & Analysis, responsible for financial analysis, strategic planning, risk management, government contracting, and M&A including the merger of SOURCECORP and HOV Services. Prior to this assignment, he was the VP of Finance for the BPO Division, where he developed financial performance plans for major accounts, government, and Mexico operations. Malik also has considerable small-company experience, working to assimilate many of SOURCECORP’S technology and services acquisitions. He started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, and moved to financial analysis and M&A roles in Dallas at KPMG Peat Marwick, CareSelect, and International Capital Management. Malik holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
