Mr. Zink has over thirty-five years of experience in the financial and extractive industries. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. From 2012 to 2013, he served on the board of directors of the Company. Prior to that, he was President of Eurasian Capital, the royalty and merchant banking division of Eurasian Minerals Inc. He also served as president and a director of International Royalty Corporation, prior to its sale to Royal Gold in 2010. He has also held high level positions with companies like Pegasus Gold, Inc. and Koch Industries with responsibilities including corporate development, credit and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career in the metals and mining industry with J.P. Morgan & Co., after receiving his BA in economics and international relations from Lehigh University. Mr. Zink is also a member of the board of directors of Atna Resources Ltd.

Ms. Nancy Davies joined Tree Island Steel Ltd. in 2008 and became VP Finance and CFO in 2011. Prior to joining Tree Island, she was Vice President Internal Audit at CHC Helicopter Corporation and held previous positions at Placer Dome Inc. and Ernst & Young.
