Earlier in his career, Ralph was a senior technology and fintech investment banker at Morgan Stanley where he advised CEOs/CFOs of Global 500 companies on strategic initiatives including IPOs, M&A and capital raises, including working with Alibaba Group, BlackRock, IntercontinentalExchange and Visa. Over the course of Ralph’s career, he has successfully helped companies scale, transform and exit; completing 80+ strategic transactions for $90+ billion of M&A value and raised $60+ billion of equity/debt capital. Outside of work, Ralph is a weekend warrior tennis player as he continues to hang on to his childhood dream of playing professionally, loves to travel with his wife Ginny and two young boys Nathan and Jamie, and enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams. Ralph received his BComm from University of British Columbia and MBA from Cornell University.
