Her reputation lead to her to Georgia Pacific, where she was a key leader within the Audit Services Department; her clients primarily consist of leaders in the Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, and North American Consumer Products Groups. During this time she also managed the Business Conduct and Ethics Hotline case management system for the entire Georgia Pacific Corporation. In 2010, April formed Battiste& Associates, LLC, assisting new and existing business with comprehensive financial and accounting services including reporting, cash management, internal controls, and contract reviews and negotiation. Since 2016, April has been Sudu’s full time CFO.
