Gina Hicks
Chief Financial Officer of Omega Healthcare
As CFO of the organization, Gina is responsible for all the finance operations in US, India and Philippines. Prior to joining Omega she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vapor Corp (VPCO) (OTCPink: VPCO), that operated a chain of retail stores, and an organic grocery store, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Healthy Choice Markets, Inc, during 2016 and 2015. Ms. Hicks served as the interim Chief Financial Officer of Health Revenue Assurance Holdings, Inc. (HRAH) (OTCPink: HRAA), a medical coding company, during 2014. From 2011 until 2013, Ms. Hicks served as the Vice President of Finance of MeetMe, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEET), a social network. Prior to that, Ms. Hicks was an independent consultant providing accounting and business advisory services and was a lead senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers assurance practice. Ms. Hicks is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Rich Schmidt
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Inmar
Rich serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Inmar. He is responsible for directing the financial activities of the organization, and for establishing and monitoring the company’s budgets and forecasts and ensuring that Inmar’s capital is invested for growth. Rich oversees Inmar’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, procurement and risk management functions. Rich’s career includes more than twenty years of finance experience with more than thirteen of these years spent concurrently supporting Inmar’s Technology team. He is a seasoned Inmar veteran, having served in a number of finance and technology roles. Doug Downs
Acting CFO of Proximal Data
Doug Downs joined Avalon as Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Mr. Downs has over 20 years of senior financial and operational experience in technology companies ranging from start-ups to large public companies. He has served as a board member and audit committee chair, and as CFO has led multiple public offerings and venture financings, and has also financed growth through domestic and international debt placements. As part of his role as CFO of Avalon, Mr. Downs brings his extensive relevant experience to many of Avalon’s portfolio companies. He is the part-time CFO of Otonomy, Zacharon, Afraxis, Avelas, Carolus, ReVision Therapeutics and InCode. He serves on the boards of directors of E-Band Communications and AwarePoint. Prior to joining Avalon, Mr. Downs provided part-time CFO services to a variety of technology companies including Avalon VII portfolio companies chumby industries and Kalon Semiconductor. Prior to starting his CFO services business, Mr. Downs was the CFO and Vice President of Operations for Extensis, Inc., a venture-backed graphics software company, which for several years was Oregon’s fastest-growing enterprise. Additionally, Mr. Downs was the CFO of NASDAQ-listed GTI Corporation, a supplier of networking components and network access equipment to original equipment manufacturers (“OEMsâ€) in the local, wide-area, and telecommunications industries. Mr. Downs began his career in financial planning and analysis for a Fortune 500 company. He has a B.S. in accounting from San Diego State University.
