Mark Partin is the chief financial officer of [BlackLine](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/blackline#/entity), a provider of enterprise-class software designed to automate and control the entire financial close process. He is an executive with extensive experience in overseeing finance organizations for high-growth companies, most recently serving as chief financial officer of Fiberlink Communications, which was sold to IBM. Partin has over 20 years of finance and operations experience and has held chief financial officer positions at several public and privately held companies in the internet and technology industries. During his career, he has managed a successful IPO, completed many strategic M&A deals, raised capital in debt and equity markets, and managed multiple shareholder exits.

William Lee
Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of Board of Directors of MyTaskit
Will is responsible for finance and strategy at MyTaskit, including financial planning, accounting, tax and regulatory, and treasury. He has over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of leadership roles at software companies including as CFO at MicroEdge, SVP Finance at IntraLinks, and Executive Director at a McKesson software company. Earlier in his career, Will worked as an equity research analyst. As CFO of MicroEdge, Will was the first CFO of newly independent MicroEdge after it was purchased by a Private Equity company from a public parent company. In this role he helped run a wide variety of initiatives to establish the standalone business, revive growth, and increase profitability. Before taking this role, Will was the SVP Finance at IntraLinks where he helped the company grow at 50% per year over a 4-year stretch, achieving almost $150 million in revenue and executing a LBO of the company before, a few years later, it successfully had its initial public offering. Will earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA degree from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. Will is also a CFA Charterholder. Will spent his Junior-year of college at the Universität Würzburg in Germany.
