Felipe Dutra is our Chief Financial & Technology Officer. Born in 1965, Mr. Dutra is a Brazilian citizen and holds a Degree in Economics from Candido Mendes and an MBA in Controlling from Universidade de São Paulo. He joined Ambev in 1990 from Aracruz Celulose, a major Brazilian manufacturer of pulp and paper. At Ambev he held various positions in Treasury and Finance before being appointed General Manager of one of our beverage subsidiaries. Mr. Dutra was appointed Ambev’s Chief Financial Officer in 1999 and he became our Chief Financial Officer in January 2005. In 2014, Mr. Dutra became our Chief Financial & Technology Officer. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Ambev and Grupo Modelo.

Sroge brings a broad financial, legal, and operational background in public and private industry. Joshua has more than 15 years experience in a financial leadership capacity, working in software development, hardware distribution, medical, and chemical industries. Alex Russell
Chief Financial Officer of Solid State Beverages
Founder Alex Russell, with prior experience in finance and accounting, will manage day-to-day business finances, search for cost-cutting solutions, and seek out potential revenue producing opportunities. Alex Russell will be responsible for all accounting practices including preparing all necessary financial statements, overseeing budgets, and preparing local, state, and federal tax returns as needed for Solid State Beverages LLC. Alex Russell will also oversee everyday business operations.
