Prior to that, Kurt was with Overland Storage from December 1993 until November 2014 and served as Overland’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kurt is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, legal, and facilities operations. During his tenure at Overland, Kurt has also served in several key management roles in cost accounting and finance. Prior to joining Overland, Kurt was a manufacturing budget analyst for McDonnell Douglas Corp. Kurt earned his MBA from the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.

A financial management leader with 20 years of expertise, Wendy Loundermon guides Inpixon’s critical back-end mechanics of the finance, HR, and operations departments. In 2002, Ms. Loundermon entered Sysorex Government Services Inc. (now Inpixon) as Controller, then Director of Finance and HR, and in 2008 attained Vice President of Finance. Additionally, she acted as interim CFO in 2015. As Vice President of Finance, she prepares and files all financial statements, reports, and tax returns, as well as negotiates vendor credit terms and banking relationships. Ms. Loundermon attended George Mason University, where she spent her college career attaining a BS degree in Accounting and MS degree in Taxation.

Mr. Glavin also worked as a Senior Engineer at Intel Corporation and began his career with Fidelity Investments. His ability to advise growth companies and build businesses has led him to be recruited as an independent Director or Advisor for a variety of companies, including: UK-based Mirics, FastCAP Systems, Dust Networks, Luminary Micro, Genesee Valley Trust, and Convergence Wireless.
