Chuck Stevens was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Motors effective Jan. 15, 2014. Stevens is responsible for leading the company’s financial and accounting operations on a global basis. Stevens was previously CFO of GM North America since January 2010. He led GM’s financial operations for U.S. Sales, Service and Marketing, GM Canada, GM de Mexico, North America Manufacturing, Customer Care and Aftersales, and OnStar. He was also interim CFO of GM South America from December 2011 to January 2013.

Stefan Krause

Stefan Krause was born November 17, 1962, in the city of Bogotá. A German-Colombian manager, Krause would grow into his position as a high-level CEO after gaining professional experience at his father’s company. Now a decorated CEO with professional experience at such high-level brands as BMW Group, MINI, and Deutsche Bank, Krause has more than three decades of experience in banking, engineering, sales, marketing, and financial services. During Stefan’s 20 year long career at BMW he held various positions in Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Financial Services at BMW in Germany and the US. In 2002 he was promoted to the Board of Management of BMW as Global CFO. During his tenure he was also CEO of Rolls Royce and closely involved with the relaunch of the MINI Brand. He moved to become the Management Board member responsible for Sales, Marketing and Branding before leaving BMW to accept the Global CFO Position at Deutsche Bank in 2008. After 8 Years at Deutsche Bank he became the CEO of Celestial, a private UK investment firm as well as a Senior Advisor to the Private Equity Firm Warburg Pincus in London and Member of the Supervisory Board of Rocket Internet SE, Berlin. Recently Krause was brought in by VELO3D due to his international background and expertise in marketing and branding. VELO3D is a 3D printing company that merged with JAWS Spitfire Acquisition Corporation to become a public company. In May 2021, Drake Star Partners would add Stefan Krause to their team as a Senior Advisor. Krause was selected to support the investment bankers at Drake Start Partners in their efforts as merger and acquisition specialists. Stefan has a high passion for automobiles and the future of mobility, with extensive experience in marketing and lifestyle brands. His love for cars coupled with his deep network in automotive, finance and technology has motivated him to pursue his life-long dream of creating an EV brand in an effort to address the rising demand and the future of clean mobility.

Christopher May

Christopher J. (Chris) May joined AAM in 1994 as a Financial Analyst at AAM’s World Headquarters. Since then, May has served in various financial positions with increasing responsibility including: Manager Financial Reporting; Finance Manager Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility; Divisional Finance Manager Metal Formed Products; Director Internal Audit; and Assistant Treasurer. Prior to his current position, May served as Treasurer. His experience includes various positions within AAM’s financial reporting, internal audit and operations finance departments.
