As an Entrepreneur Bob started and successfully sold two businesses, one focused on investor relations communications and the other, a specialty retailer of Herman Miller, Inc. furniture and through his consulting business, RFD, LLC. he assisted his clients in acquiring capital to fund growth and evaluating business transition alternatives. Bob has also served on the Board of Education Associates of Black River Charter School and on the Board of Directors of Rest Haven, a faith-based continuing care adult retirement organization. Bob received his MBA with a finance concentration from Western Michigan University and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Kalamazoo College.
