Chief Financial Officer of Ampersand
Bob Curcuruto was named Chief Financial Officer for NCC in June 2004. In this role Curcuruto oversees all of the Controllership Functions, Human Resources, and Business Information Systems. Curcuruto joined NCC in June 2004, bringing with him nearly three decades of finance and management experience in the radio, television and cable industries. He spent 25 years rising through the ranks at Viacom Corporation (formerly CBS Corp.-Westinghouse Electric) eventually holding the dual position of Vice President/Controller of WCBS-TV and Senior Vice President of Viacom Station Sales in New York. Prior to Viacom Corporation, Curcuruto spent 5 years as VP Controller Group W/CBS-TV Spot Sales (an in-house rep firm) in New York. Previously, Curcuruto has been Controller of WJZ-TV in Baltimore, Director of Finance & Accounting with Group W Satellite Communications in Stamford, Assistant Controller of KYW-AM and KYW-TV in Philadelphia and General Accounting Supervisor at Group W Headquarters in New York. Curcuruto graduated from Dowling College and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Lori Booroojian

Finance and operations executive Lori Booroojian leads the “behind the scenes” enterprise resource planning for Untangle. Lori joined the company in 2012 as its controller. Prior to Untangle, Lori consulted for small start-up companies and was employed at Adaptec, Inc. Before her industry experience, she was a CPA at Arthur Andersen. As a passionate advocate in her community, Lori was named Volunteer of the Year for her work with Project Cornerstone’s Asset Building Champion, an anti-bullying advocacy group assisting underprivileged youth. Lori also served on the Board of Trustees for Moreland school district for 12 years, with eight of those years as Board President. Lori earned a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Accounting from Santa Clara University. Lori is an avid hiker and enjoys spending time in the many regional parks and wilderness spaces of the Bay Area.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mark Bowser oversees accounting and financial planning and analysis; mergers and acquisitions; supply chain management; content acquisition and legal, regulatory and government affairs. He also is responsible for the company’s business services and media advertising business units. Over his 30-year career, Bowser has been responsible for a portfolio of diverse strategic areas including finance, operations, sales, marketing and business development for several Fortune 500 companies. He has held an extensive number of senior-level financial positions including accounting, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions at various companies. Bowser joined Cox in 2006 as Vice President of Cox Business where he was responsible for overseeing the commercial services division of Cox Communications. In this role, he provided leadership to develop and serve a $7 billion market of diverse business customers. Prior to joining Cox, Bowser was Vice President of Dell’s Large Corporate Accounts business division where he was responsible for providing computing solutions to Fortune 1000 customers. Bowser began his career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigating white collar crime. He began his telecommunications career at GTE where he held positions of increasing responsibility in finance until he joined Sprint and several of its predecessor companies. In addition to roles in finance, Bowser also served as President of Sprint’s $3.5 billion Enterprise Markets division providing integrated telecommunications solutions to Fortune 5000 companies, and as Senior Vice President of Sprint’s business sales. A native of Altoona, PA, Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He has been a board member for the STARTLIGHT Foundation and Ronald McDonald House charities. In 2012, he was named a Penn State Alumni Fellow.
