Before founding CardinalCommerce, he was one of the earliest employees and co-founder at STERIS Corporation (NYSE: STE), holding several senior management positions from 1988 to 1999, including Senior Vice President, CFO, and CIO, as well as the primary operations executive. In 1981, he was an early employee and the CFO of HealthAmerica of Ohio. In his role he helped to establish the first statewide HMO network in the country. His leadership and dedication helped to grow HealthAmerica of Ohio more than 500% in less than three years. Between his tenures at STERIS and HealthAmerica, Mike held senior management positions at International HealthCare, Inc. (IHC) and Western Reserve Health Plan as well. Mike graduated from John Carroll University with a BSBA in Finance. He is on the Board of Directors for The Secure Remote Payment Council, is a member of the Cleveland Federal Reserve Advisory Board, and is as a member of the Lake Erie College Board of Directors, where he serves on the Finance and Assets and Institutional Advancement Committees. Prior to joining LimeLight in 2016, Kelly worked in a number of different financial capacities such as the Finance Manager at Australia Post and as the Financial Reporting Specialist at National Australian Bank where she developed a robust compliance process. Prior to her innovations at National Australian Bank, Kelly was an audit manager at Ernst & Young for nearly a decade. Kelly graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Accounting and Spanish, as well as a Certificate in International Business. She resides and is based in San Francisco, California with her husband and son.

Trent Phillips is a self-proclaimed excel enthusiast. In fact, chances are Trent and a good pivot table can solve any problem you have. Trent leads the financial health of TRUNO setting the standard for work ethic. Joining TRUNO in 2011, Trent has served diligently as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to TRUNO, Trent worked in computer programming and as the Director of Operations for a telecommunications firm. He holds his Bachelors of Business Administration from Lubbock Christian University. Trent and his wife, Lisa, have been married for over 15 years. Together they have three children – Ty, Olivia, and Levi. After his family, Trent has one true love – golf. Trent spent six years as a golf coach and is known to win a few tournaments every now and then.

Richard Jobes is our chief financial officer. He holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska, an MBA from the University of Michigan and was a financial strategist for years in cell phone related businesses. He fell in love with cinema via basement classroom viewings of classics like Persona and The Third Man presented by various U of M film societies. Subsequent searches for complete screenplays led him many times to the cozy and well-stocked Borders bookstore in Ann Arbor–works of Dick Francis, C.S. Lewis and The Far Side collections he found there provided escape and perspective during the travails of graduate school. Richard has a deep pain-and-pleasure obsession with Cornhusker college football and women’s college volleyball. He lives in Seattle, near Wide World Books & Maps, and now loves sushi even more than steak.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mark Bowser oversees accounting and financial planning and analysis; mergers and acquisitions; supply chain management; content acquisition and legal, regulatory and government affairs. He also is responsible for the company’s business services and media advertising business units. Over his 30-year career, Bowser has been responsible for a portfolio of diverse strategic areas including finance, operations, sales, marketing and business development for several Fortune 500 companies. He has held an extensive number of senior-level financial positions including accounting, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions at various companies. Bowser joined Cox in 2006 as Vice President of Cox Business where he was responsible for overseeing the commercial services division of Cox Communications. In this role, he provided leadership to develop and serve a $7 billion market of diverse business customers. Prior to joining Cox, Bowser was Vice President of Dell’s Large Corporate Accounts business division where he was responsible for providing computing solutions to Fortune 1000 customers. Bowser began his career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigating white collar crime. He began his telecommunications career at GTE where he held positions of increasing responsibility in finance until he joined Sprint and several of its predecessor companies. In addition to roles in finance, Bowser also served as President of Sprint’s $3.5 billion Enterprise Markets division providing integrated telecommunications solutions to Fortune 5000 companies, and as Senior Vice President of Sprint’s business sales. A native of Altoona, PA, Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He has been a board member for the STARTLIGHT Foundation and Ronald McDonald House charities. In 2012, he was named a Penn State Alumni Fellow.
