She has provided valuation and other financial advisory services to firms such as GenSpring Family Offices, Iron Capital Advisors and Red Clay Capital. She has also advised various startup and later-stage businesses on financial modeling and strategic planning. Amy began her career with J.C. Bradford & Co. (later acquired by PaineWebber) and held executive positions with Interstate/Johnson Lane (now Wachovia Securities) and Stephens, Inc. She also spent time on the client side of the business as VP of Finance and acting CFO of a venture-backed internet company. Amy earned her B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
