Previously, Richard was the Executive Vice-President of Finance for Cosma International, an operating group of Magna International Inc. Cosma operates 73 manufacturing facilities and 21 product development and engineering centers in 18 countries worldwide, and designs, manufactures and sells a comprehensive range of metal body systems, components, assemblies and modules including complete vehicle frames, chassis systems and body-in-white systems to automotive original equipment manufacturers. Jeannette is Operating Partner and CFO at Relay Ventures, an early stage venture fund exclusively focused on mobile software. Jeannette manages fund reporting, finance and operations and also assists the investment teams in establishing governance and financial infrastructure for portfolio companies. Previously Jeannette spent ten years as Director of Finance and Administration for RBC Venture Partners, managing finance and operations for its direct investment portfolio and fund investment portfolio, with responsibility for financial and operational due diligence for fund investments. Jonathan Simmons became OMERS Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in January 2014. Jonathan brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to this role. As Chief Financial Officer, Simmons’ duties include OMERS financial reporting, serving as the lead executive for the OMERS Administration Corporation Board’s Audit Committee, and preparation of the annual operating plan. He is also a member of the Transaction Approval Committee. Prior to joining OMERS, Jonathan was a Partner at PwC for more than a decade. He led PwC’s insurance practice, which comprised a team of over 200 auditors, actuaries, tax specialists, management consultants and deal experts.
