Wong was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2007, having been Vice- President, Finance since 2005. Ms Wong oversees the financial affairs and reporting for the Group and supports the Group’s investor relations and risk management activities. Ms Wong has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, most of which were with the Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd group of companies. She joined our Group in June 1995 as an Accountant. She participated in the listing of TeleChoice on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in June 2004. Ms Wong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the National University of Singapore and a MBA from Heroit Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Ms Wong is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Leow David Ivan
Chief Financial Officer of Ufinity
David has over two decades years of experience across Asia, Australia, Europe and the USA and his diverse background includes investment banking, private equity, corporate development and financial management. David’s roles have included as founding Director of Business Development for Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group in Asia, Vice President of the DBS Private Equity, Vice President of UOB Kay Hian’s ECM Group. He was also part of the management team that established HSBC Securities and Virgin Mobile in Singapore and has developed strategic plans for the business units of Fortune 500 companies, including GE, Intel and HP. David serves on a several boards, including as Chairman of the Corporate Strategy and Communications Committee of Mencast Group which was honoured with the “Best Managed Board” Gold Award at the Singapore Corporate Awards and “Enterprise Award”. He also serves on a number of other committees including the Corporate Governance advisory committee of ISCA, University Outreach Committee of CFAI and the working committee for Singapore’s Stewardship Code for institutional investors. David attended the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School, is a Charter holder with the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
