Chief Financial Officer, Jon Lambert, joins Options with more than 25 years of financial and operational experience within the infrastructure technology and financial services sector. From 2007, until its acquisition by NYSE Euronext in 2008, Jon served as CFO at Wombat Financial Software, a leading provider of low latency market data management solutions and infrastructure. Previous to Wombat, Jon served as Senior Vice President and CFO at TIBCO, a real-time middleware integration software company. Most recently, Lambert was CFO of HotChalk, an education technology company. Prior to TIBCO, Jon served as audit manager for Ernst & Young. He holds certifications as a California Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant in England as well as a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Bath University, England.

Trac Pham
CFO of Synopsys
Trac Pham was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2014 and leads the Finance organization which includes the Corporate Controller, Financial and Strategic Planning, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit and Investor Relations groups. Previously, Pham was Vice President of Corporate Finance and Vice President of Financial Planning and Strategy at Synopsys. During his tenure, Pham has helped Synopsys achieve profitable growth by developing strategic and operating plans that prioritize investments across multiple business units. Before joining Synopsys in 2006, Pham held leadership roles in strategy and business development and finance at Juniper Networks. Earlier in his career, Pham was sales controller, division controller, and finance and accounting manager for multiple business groups at 3Com. Pham holds a BA, Economics from UC Berkeley and an MPIA (Master of Pacific International Affairs) from UC San Diego where he was a Schoepflin Fellow. He is an active status California CPA.

Patrick O’Malley assumed the role of EVP & CFO effective August 25, 2008. In his previous role of SVP Finance & Treasurer, he was responsible for Corp. Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, Credit & Collections and Risk Management along with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and support for our Business Unit GMs, Sales & other functions. Prior to joining Seagate, he spent four years as a Sr. Staff Accountant for Arthur Young & Co.
