Prior to joining International Wireless Communications, Inc., Taylor was employed by Becton Dickinson & Company, a medical and diagnostic device manufacturer, as a Senior Sector Analyst for the diagnostic businesses in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Prior thereto, he was CFO for SandForce, Inc., a data storage company, from March 2011 through its sale to LSI Corporation in January 2012. From June 2006 to June 2010, he was Vice President and CFO of Infinera Corporation. From December 2004 to June 2006 he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Maxtor Corporation. Travis is an analytical and forward-thinking financial executive with 15+ years experience leading technology and fintech companies. He joins us from NodeSource, an open-source enterprise software company that was just acquired by i2, where he was CFO/COO. Prior to NodeSource, Travis was the CFO at FusionOps (now Aera Technology) and AnchorFree (now Pango) where he owned finance, HR, and business operations. Travis streamlined operations – from implementing efficiencies in the back-office to identifying the right levers to scale the business. While at Kosmix, Travis reorganized the company that provided clarity and focus to the team, doubled revenue, and ultimately led to the acquisition by Walmart. At Walmart, Travis implemented a framework for managing performance and investment within WalmartLabs, a new division chartered with redefining e-commerce.

Timothy Ng

Timothy Ng is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of PCS. With 25 years of investment banking expertise and technology company finance, Tim has completed 100 merger, acquisition and financing transactions with aggregate value exceeding $100 billion, including representing Synopsys on its acquisition of Avant! and Simplex and Numerical Design on their sales to Cadence Design, among others. He is currently an Advisory Board member at TPG-controlled XOJET, and hedge fund VII Peaks Capital, and was a board member of Nasdaq-listed Magma Design Automation for seven years. He previously held senior investment banking positions with Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston, Cowen & Company and Morgan Stanley. Based in California, Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
