Tom manages Xantrion’s consulting team and finances. He has architected dozens of business computer networks. He developed our client focused Complete Care service, which provides unlimited support and a guarantee of satisfaction at a fixed monthly cost. He also pioneered internal policies such as open book financial reporting and profit sharing, which resulted in a high level of team member retention and satsifaction. Prior to founding Xantrion, Tom was Director of Consulting for an I.T. consulting firm. He also worked as a management consultant for McKinsey and CFO of CoForge. Prior to that, he was an operations manager for Chevron. Tom has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Matt oversees the financial strategies and business processes that are fundamental to mapping and executing on ActiveVideo’s growth objectives. He is charged with creating the financial models that are cornerstones of the evaluation of new technology and market opportunities by the company’s management team and Board of Directors. He works closely with ARRIS Group and Charter Communications, the ActiveVideo joint venture partners, to build support for investment decisions that can help the company scale across additional business and geographic areas. Matt joined ActiveVideo as controller in 2010, and has been vital to the implementation of operational and financial disciplines that are aligned with the company’s business objectives. His keen grasp of ActiveVideo’s operations and financial models were instrumental in the acquisition of ActiveVideo by ARRIS and Charter. Previously, he had been on a partner track at Burr, Pilger & Mayer and co-founded BizProNet, a consulting practice which was created to connect businesses with pre-vetted management level consultants. Matt is licensed as a CPA by the State of California. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
