Now, with over 20 years’ financial consulting experience, Dorea has been instrumental in the successful growth of numerous start-up ventures across a wide variety of industries including software, hardware, SaaS, and medical device companies. Her financial experience includes debt and equity financing, financial modeling, cash management, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, Board of Directors’ presentations, strategic planning, systems improvement and cost analysis.
