Mr. Bailey has over 15 years of tax, accounting and financial experience. Prior to joining Frazier Healthcare, Mr. Bailey was the Vice President of Finance at LapLink Inc. Prior to LapLink, Mr. Bailey held finance and corporate development positions with Elixis Corporations and its successor, Data Critical Corporation. He was also previously a Senior Manager in the tax department at Ernst & Young LLP in Seattle. Mr. Bailey manages the firm’s accounting, treasury and finance operations.

Sidharth Nayar was named Chief Financial Officer in February 2014. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing financial, accounting, information technology, risk management and investor relations activities for all brands in the Nautilus portfolio. Prior to joining Nautilus, Sidharth Nayar served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Congoleum Corporation, a manufacturer of residential and commercial flooring products, from 1999 to February 2014. Sidhart Nayar held other senior accounting and finance positions at Congoleum Corporation beginning in 1986. Sidharth Nayar earned a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University.

Lydia Veal is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Optimum Healthcare IT. She is responsible for the company’s overall finances, as well as day-to-day operations.
