Charles joined Serena Capital in 2013 as a Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Serena Capital Charles was Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) in audit and transaction services. During 9 years within EY, Charles worked as a legal auditor for companies in several industries such as media, internet, oil, gas and consumers products. He also participated in financial due diligences on several companies, start-up or mature companies, for investment kinds and corporate firms.
