Prior to joining Celestica, Mandeep held Finance positions with MDS Inc., now Nordion Inc., a health science company; Earth Tech Canada, a subsidiary of Tyco International; and General Electric. Mandeep holds a Master of Finance degree from Queen’s University and Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. Mandeep is a Certified Management Accountant.

Michael Lamontagne
Executive Vice President and CFO of Etratech
Mike joined Etratech after a decade as Chief Financial Officer with Wolseley Canada, following that company’s acquisition of Westburne Canada. Mike built a national finance group from a greatly decentralized organization and worked to ensure good corporate governance for the firm across Canada. He directed the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Canadian organization as well as monitoring the overall financial performance of each of the Canadian Business units. Mike was responsible for 10 acquisitions for Wolseley in Canada, contributing to a doubling of revenues from $600M+ to $1.3B. He was also responsible for overall leadership of the Finance Group. Prior to joining the Etratech team, Mike served as a board member.
