Bryan has 15 years of financial experience, with areas of expertise in financial analysis, capital allocation and corporate development. Prior to joining Softchoice, Bryan held the position of CFO at Bio Agri Mix LP, a Birch Hill Equity Partners portfolio company, where he demonstrated a proven track record of success in the development and strengthening of strategy, pricing, financial reporting and insights, all of which contributed to overall business growth. He previously was a Vice-President at Birch Hill Equity Partners, Vice-President of M&A at Spin Master, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and BMO Capital Markets. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration.

Blair Geddes has over 25 years of experience guiding private and public companies through various phases of operations, strategic expansion and M&A. Prior to joining BTI Blair was CEO of Streamline Strategic Finance Inc., a corporate finance advisory firm. Blair also held the position of CFO at several technology companies, including Med-Eng Systems Inc. (sold for $650 million), ActivCard Corp. (NASDAQ), Ericsson’s IP Network Access Product Unit and Advanced Computer Communications (sold for $300 million). He also held several senior finance positions at Newbridge Networks. Blair is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Brock University in Ontario, Canada.
